We are seeking a dynamic and organized BILINGUAL ENGLISH/FRENCH RECEPTIONIST for our Paris office, located in the 1st arrondissement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Being the first point of contact: managing the telephone switchboard (receiving, screening, and transferring calls).
  2. Welcoming visitors professionally and courteously.
  3. Processing emails and handling mail deliveries and dispatches.
  4. Managing conference rooms and their setup.
  5. Coordinating taxis and managing badge loans.
  6. This list is not exhaustive.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of two years' successful experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm.
  • Fluent in English (used daily) and French, with impeccable spelling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
  • Well-presented, discreet, organized, versatile, proactive, and responsive.
  • Ability to manage priorities, handle unforeseen events, and work under pressure in a demanding environment.
  • Serious, motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to firm procedures.
  • Proficient in office tools, especially Outlook.

The position is available immediately on a full-time CDI basis, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Working hours are organized in shifts of 7 hours, between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Salary will be commensurate with experience and profile.
