At the heart of this mission is our Product team, shaping the tools that power small businesses. You will play a key role in defining the product strategy, deeply understanding user needs, and building a roadmap with real impact. You will work closely with Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, and Software Engineers to craft seamless solutions, while collaborating with Customer Care, Operations, and Marketing to ensure a consistent and integrated experience across the business.

Your Role as a Product Manager

As the Product Manager for the Banking Growth team, your mission is to drive user growth by helping new customers experience value as quickly and smoothly as possible. You’ll lead efforts to improve our onboarding funnel, activate users through smart product touchpoints, and identify the highest-impact growth levers to increase customer acquisition and revenue.

  • Develop and execute a 1+ year product strategy with key metrics.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to boost customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams (revenue, marketing, ops).
  • Use data analysis to optimize marketing funnels and run effective experiments.
  • Manage growth initiatives like mini-startups, iterating to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate on project scoping, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
About you

You are passionate about building products that make a real difference for small businesses. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively with teams across different functions.

You would be a great fit if you:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in B2B SAAS or consumer products.
  • Are growth and impact-driven, with a proven ability to identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities to drive user acquisition or monetization.
  • Are data-driven, using analytics and customer insights to shape product decisions, but with an eye on when decisions can be made pragmatically with the information currently available.
  • Have a solid grasp of UX/UI principles, and enjoy working closely with designers to craft simple and intuitive experiences.
  • Thrive on collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Revenue), and are proactive in building bridges across the organization.
  • Are skilled at prioritization, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, making complex ideas clear and actionable.
  • Are comfortable working in an international and fast-moving environment.
  • Speak English fluently (French is a plus!)
