Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Account Receivable Officer & General Cashier to join our fun team at Manly Pacific. This is a Full-Time Role.

1. Ensure that all payments by Cash / Cheque / COBO / TT are posted and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Ensure credit card postings and payments are reconciled.
3. Review all charge-backs from credit card companies and alert the Credit Department.
4. Check all Waivers and Late Charges requests for accuracy before forwarding to the Financial Controller for approval.
5. Check all invoices / billings before mailing out.
6. Attend to guests’ enquiries on billings and charges.
7. Ensure AR Aging tally with GL.
8. Ensure TA commission and Credit Card outstanding are forwarded to GL for accruals.
9. Take responsibility for Cash Drop balancing / reconciling.
10. Supervise hotel cash on hand floats.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

1. Having a full working right in Australia.
2. Previous experience with knowledge of accounts receivable and general cashier roles for at least one year is advantageous.
3. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
4. Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
