Role Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenue growth: within an existing portfolio by promoting TheFork's solutions, building long-term relationships, and providing strategic support.
  2. Business Development & Acquisition: source and acquire new restaurants, especially groups or chains, by identifying decision-makers, pitching value, and securing partnerships.
  3. Strategic & Cross-functional Collaboration: develop and execute plans with sales, marketing, and other departments to enhance product offerings and restaurant performance.
  4. Negotiation & Compliance: negotiate mutually beneficial terms and ensure restaurant compliance with standards and policies.
  5. Performance Monitoring & KPI Achievement: track KPIs like revenue, promotional participation, and user satisfaction; propose improvements based on feedback and insights.
