Our clients, the Microsoft Business Solutions team, is a Microsoft Gold Partner and a leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organizations. They help their clients stay competitive in the digital world by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and Customer Engagement (CE) software.

Role Overview

The role of a Consultant 2 is to ensure clear and transparent communication across internal teams to guarantee that deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree level education
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
• Minimum of 5 years of consultancy experience or 3 end-to-end implementations
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies
• Basic knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
• Experience in full end-to-end implementations and all project lifecycle phases
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
• Extensive experience with Finance Modules on FO
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fast learner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite and client teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and finalize deliverables
• Ensure quality delivery and participate in system and functional testing
• Apply foundational consulting skills, including analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Gather and document functional requirements, conduct gap/fit analysis
• Create and contribute to solution documentation
• Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues
• Provide onsite support during delivery and go-live phases
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including demo and proof of concept development
• Participate in responding to RFPs and RFQs
• Identify practice development activities and contribute to their delivery
• Complete internal processes and mandatory training on time
• Stay informed about product roadmap and future D365FO releases
• Maintain confidentiality and protect client information at all times
