Job Summary

Our TYLin PMCM team is seeking a Scheduler to join our Philadelphia office!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in logistical planning, workforce planning, and incorporate project schedules into Primavera P6 software.
• Review and comment on contractor-prepared baseline, update, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Track contractor work progress related to the schedule accurately.
• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
• Identify improvements for schedule procedures, templates, and products, and suggest ideas to the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 software preferred.
• Certifications from PMI or AACEI are advantageous.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. The base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $166,400 annually, depending on experience and market conditions. We value the unique skills and experiences each candidate brings and will reflect this in our offers.
