Description du poste

We are looking for a Tribe Lead who will be at the head of the Corporate Functions Tribe, grouping all Squads managing products for AXA Partners Corporate Functions (Finance, Human Resources, Risk, and Compliance). You will be responsible for defining the Tribe's backlog and way of working, ensuring the delivery of the main projects aligns with the Tribe's expectations regarding development practices, software quality, and service quality. Additionally, you will ensure all squads reach the expected level of excellence while managing the Tribe's budget.

You will work closely with the Finance and HR Operations teams, as well as the Risk and Compliance teams and AXA Partners governance bodies. Your role will be instrumental in leading, coordinating, and delivering our IT capabilities and ecosystem on time, within budget, and according to scope and quality standards.

You will also participate in RFIs and RFPs when applicable, to help determine the best solutions for AXA Partners and ensure alignment of Business and IT strategies and objectives.

Key activities include:

  1. Managing project and BAU budgets, preparing for Steering Committee meetings, managing squads within the Tribe, and supporting staffing and onboarding of new team members.
  2. Investing in initiatives that align with our business strategy and provide real economic value, while respecting our IT strategy and technology choices, to drive ongoing business transformation.
  3. Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  4. Analyzing new projects with stakeholders in Finance, HR, Risk, and Compliance, providing transparency of portfolio investments for governance decisions.
  5. Facilitating interactions within and across functions to secure program delivery.
  6. Ensuring strategic alignment between IT and Business, enabling delivery of dependent programs.
  7. Coordinating all involved IT teams, including local, central, and external suppliers, for seamless deployment and stakeholder management.
  8. Managing workstreams and their interdependencies, monitoring supplier activities, and tracking efforts and variances to identify risks.
  9. Planning design authority, controls, and progress monitoring for transformation programs.
  10. Overseeing the Tribe's Budget and Investment Portfolio, supported by the Corporate Functions Portfolio Manager.

Key skills required:

  • Over 10 years of experience in project management in a global environment.
  • Experience with SAP, especially SAP S4 / HANA, is a plus.
  • Experience working with major ERP System Integrators and consulting firms.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with ambitious schedules using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing large project budgets (greater than 5 million).
  • Excellent communication skills across various levels, cultures, and countries.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and international teams without formal authority.
  • Strategic yet practical approach, capable of delivering tangible results.
  • Strong stakeholder management and diplomatic skills.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and capable of leveraging team skills.
  • Supportive of governance implementation and organizational change leadership.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and ambiguous situations.
  • Accountable for effort estimates, quality, and stability of the portfolio.
  • Ensure delivery of Tribe work items during Sprints and promote continuous improvement.
  • Align Tribe objectives with Business Units and global IT and Security strategies.
  • Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
