MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACTIVITY/DEPARTMENT MANAGER, AGENCY MANAGER/DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS MANAGER/DIRECTOR:

• Client component: Ensure client relations, maintain existing client portfolio, secure loyalty, expand client base, propose and negotiate technical and economic variants, represent the company within delegated powers, help establish technical/commercial bids for small local projects.
• Contractual management component: Familiarize with contractual documents, manage contracts, monitor deadlines, issue reservations, trace events.
• Business project and team management component: Ensure compliance with security rules, analyze incidents and risks, define preventive measures, prepare and implement QHSE plans, coordinate project steps, guarantee and manage project execution, determine budgets, establish schedules, oversee execution, manage teams.
• Management/cash component: Ensure monthly reporting, estimate costs of additional works, issue invoices, monitor remittances, help establish budgets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of higher education in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in electrical engineering and instrumentation, with skills in cost estimation and adaptability.
• Teamwork orientation and commitment to client satisfaction within QSE rules.
