Key Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will collaborate with internal teams to achieve this.

You will also implement actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance our services' value, ensuring lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports: Ensuring clients have access to this resource if needed.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests: Providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects: Ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings: Especially with clients who haven't had recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations: Tailored to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying risks: Detecting potential disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience: In a similar role within the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to thrive in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PPT/Google Sheets, Slides).
  • Fluency in both English and French: Mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Contract: Permanent.
