This is a self-employed, commission-only role with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work; larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network
• our office team managing client contracts and billing
• acting as a consultant on client projects
• building and maintaining client relationships for future instructions
• creating an independent client referral pipeline
• promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals
• earning a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral

To qualify, you should have:

• consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas
• ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations
• problem-solving skills
• motivation to succeed and grow within our network
• professional communication skills and a good telephone manner
