With its successes and in a dynamic growth phase, the Bordeaux Defense & Security agency offers you the opportunity to participate in projects for the Ministry of the Armed Forces.

The expertise developed within the Bordeaux agency projects concern mainly the following areas:

  • Operational maintenance of military equipment (Aerospace, Land, or Naval)
  • Management of aeronautical technical documentation (ASD standards)
  • Risk management and air safety

Your role and missions:

Within a project team, you will be responsible for activities such as:

  • Analyzing client needs;
  • Facilitating workshops for needs expression, general or detailed design;
  • Anticipating and challenging client needs to propose high-value solutions and support their IT transformation;
  • Designing solutions and writing functional specifications or User Stories;
  • Designing testing strategies and writing test plans;
  • Supervising and supporting test campaigns execution.

Your role is critical to the project's success.

You play a key role in understanding and clarifying user needs, acting as a reference point for functional aspects.

You ensure smooth communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring coherent implementation of expected functionalities.

You may supervise other team members (functional analysts, developers).

Ideally, you have significant experience in Agile projects, with a thorough knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including frameworks like Scrum or Kanban. You should be able to support and advise a Product Owner.

Qualifications

Your profile:

You hold a degree from an Engineering school or a Master 2 or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy working in a team.
