Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Business Analyst pour rejoindre son équipe IT. Description du poste

The business analyst is part of the IT team and is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, managing project execution, designing and modeling solutions, ensuring quality through testing, and facilitating effective communication and training with stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for Programs, Purchasing, and Finance to collaborate with the Purchase and Finance teams on our ERP system (Microsoft D365) and related ecosystem.

In the context of our IT Business System (Finance Domain):
  1. Business Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders (end-users, internal teams). Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
  2. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to plan and execute IT initiatives. Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet specifications and stakeholder expectations.
  3. Modeling and Design: Design solutions to improve business processes and address complex problems.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans and scenarios to validate solutions. Organize user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements.
  5. Communication and Training: Communicate technical concepts and proposed changes effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Train key-users on new features and deployed systems.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, technical proficiency, expertise in requirements management, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Extensive experience in D365 Purchase and Finance domain
  • Basic knowledge of finance (appreciated)
  • Knowledge of workflow and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of electronic reporting
