• 100% remote work = no travel expenses!
• Permanent contract (CDI) available immediately
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, and every other Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00
• Flexible working hours: 35, 37, or 39 hours per week
• Benefits include meal vouchers and CSE services
• Fixed salary at SMIC + motivating individual bonuses

After comprehensive initial training, your manager will support you daily remotely.

Responsibilities

You will need to:

• Convince new clients to trust us: Contact families requesting quotes on our website and handle inquiries by phone.
• Retain existing clients: Renew their trust and support them throughout their service period.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bac +2 qualification and seek a rewarding role. Commercial experience is a plus. You must have high-speed internet and suitable conditions for remote work. You should enjoy challenges, be comfortable on the phone, autonomous, trustworthy, proactive, and possess good listening skills, friendliness, and dynamism. Proficiency with IT tools is essential.
