The Opportunity

As a Data Engineer in the IAM domain, you will design and build robust data pipelines supporting key identity management initiatives. Your scripting skills will automate processes and improve efficiency. Collaboration with diverse international teams requires proficiency in English for effective communication and teamwork.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Build Data Pipelines:
   • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines processing identity-related data using Python, SQL, Bash, etc.
   • Integrate data from APIs and external systems into our IAM infrastructure.
   • Implement ETL processes to ensure data reliability and quality.
2. Data Governance and Security:
   • Apply security and privacy standards to protect sensitive identity information.
   • Monitor and audit data processes for compliance and risk mitigation.
3. Scripting and Automation:
   • Develop scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading, increasing workflow efficiency.
   • Create reusable code and maintain documentation for team knowledge sharing.
4. Data Visualization and Reporting:
   • Create intuitive reporting tools for analysis and decision-making support.
   • Ensure data accuracy and assist in interpreting results.
5. Performance Optimization:
   • Identify and implement improvements in data workflows and query performance.
   • Collaborate with international teams to understand their data needs and foster open communication.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of BI methods, techniques, and standards
