Job Description

To strengthen our teams, we are offering a position within our Nutrition Laboratory for a Technician in sample preparation, grinding, and recording on a fixed-term contract (CDD). You will be involved in two different services depending on the activity and laboratory needs:

Sample Recording:

• Receiving and opening packages
• Storing/unstoring samples
• Recording samples (referencing, planning analyses, data entry...)
• Sending samples for subcontracting (preparing purchase orders, packages, and shipping labels)

Sample Preparation:

• Preparing/grinding solid samples (food products, meats, ready meals, fish, etc.) using specific equipment according to current procedures
• Entering related information into the laboratory's internal software (weight, grinding equipment used, temperatures, etc.)
• Preparing sample bottles for subcontracted laboratories or production units
• Cleaning and distributing clean ware to preparer stations and disposing of chemical waste outside the building

Qualifications

• Initial training: BAC or equivalent
• Knowledge: Basic computer skills and office tools
• Experience: Beginners accepted

Additional Information

• Position available immediately
• Type of contract: CDD – 6 months
• Working hours: 36h30 weekly, Monday to Friday + 10 RTT days/year
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with specific hours
• Location: Nantes Nord (44)
• Salary: €1815 gross/month + quarterly performance bonuses (base €480 gross)
• Monthly prime for Tuesday-Saturday contract: €50 gross
