Description du poste

Migration
  1. Participate in deployment and roll-out activities of Oracle:
  • Participate in pre-study phases: understand the differences versus group standard model and participate in gap analysis.
  • Propose Oracle technical evolution when needed and manage change requests for successful deployment. Follow up on implemented change requests.
  • Support Oracle PPM deployment migration activities (UAT, Training documentation).
  • Manage adaptation of Oracle core model for new business integration & proactively interface with Oracle teams.
  • Provide structured REX and improvement ideas.
Roll Out
  1. Oracle technical support evolution:
  • Participate in updating Oracle in compliance with management and group finance rules.
  • Identify defects, propose Change Requests, test new parameters, and participate in change management.
  • Contribute to projects related to tools deployment, organizational rationalization, and changes.
  • Develop a full understanding of the core model and translate IT requirements into Oracle solutions.
Documentation & Training
  1. Training:
  • Lead initiatives to raise awareness on latest developments.
  • Animate Key Users community via webinars, newsletters at regional and site levels.
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare step-by-step instructions and documents.
    • Update Guided Learning and Chatbot tools ensuring consistency.
    Reporting
    1. OTBI Key User:
    • Develop reports as requested.
    • Deliver regular, accurate reports (weekly, action follow-up).
    • Lead initiatives to improve financial performance and reporting.
    • Manage Finance master data with IT.
    Education & Experience

    Graduate of a business or engineering school, or equivalent in finance, with 6-7 years of experience in international environments. Proven project control experience in long-term projects (engineering, construction, industrial sectors). Strong in project accounting and financial analysis. Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, BI tools, or EPM systems. Strong analytical skills, business-oriented, collaborative, proactive, experienced in process improvement and change management. Excellent organizational skills. Fluent in English and French.
