Job Description:

Position: Directly reporting to the CEO and a member of the management committee, you will be responsible for the company's commercial activities and operational excellence.

Role: As a true "conductor," you will support our performance and scaling efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales and commercial objectives and implementing the strategy defined with the CEO and Group;
• Leading commercial operations and project deployment with a focus on Customer Success;
• Structuring, professionalizing, and evolving internal processes to support growth;
• Managing operational teams and improving performance (KPIs, reporting, service quality);
• Collaborating closely with the CEO on operational strategy and roadmaps;
• Participating in product development, innovation, and digital transformation discussions;
• Being the key contact for large clients during deployment or transformation phases.

This exciting role positions you as the spearhead of our organization and our conquest strategy.

Profile: You hold a higher education degree (Master's, Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent), with at least 10 years of proven experience in the transport sector, gaining expertise in operational and efficient flow management. Your responsibilities have made you experienced in managing dynamic and agile teams.

You have a technological affinity and, ideally, familiarity with B2B software environments.

Currently, you may be COO, Operations Director, Logistics Director, IT Director, Business Unit Director, Agency Manager, or Freight Forwarder in B2B Transport. Experience in Transport TMS or Fleet Management software is a plus, such as a commercial or operational role.

Your success in this role could lead to broader responsibilities within the Group in the medium term.
