Position: Directly reporting to the CEO and a member of the management committee, you will be responsible for the company's commercial activities and operational excellence.
Role: As a true "conductor," you will support our performance and scaling efforts.

Profile: You hold a higher education degree (Master's, Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent), with at least 10 years of proven experience in the transport sector, gaining expertise in operational and efficient flow management. Your responsibilities have made you experienced in managing dynamic and agile teams.
You have a technological affinity and, ideally, familiarity with B2B software environments.
Currently, you may be COO, Operations Director, Logistics Director, IT Director, Business Unit Director, Agency Manager, or Freight Forwarder in B2B Transport. Experience in Transport TMS or Fleet Management software is a plus, such as a commercial or operational role.
Your success in this role could lead to broader responsibilities within the Group in the medium term.
