As a Client Service & Sales Support reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be part of the AXA IM PRIME business unit.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will work closely with the Product & Sales team to improve and automate sales and client service processes.

Product focus includes: Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt, and Hedge Funds.

The company has a global presence in Paris, Germany, Japan, U.S.A., the U.K., and Italy, serving clients such as sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurance companies, and family offices.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Salesforce tool and digital automation for sales activity optimization and reporting, including structuring the tool and collaborating with internal teams on automation and AI enhancements.
  • Assisting sales in defining target investor lists using various databases.
  • Mastering and maintaining AXA IM Prime's automated marketing updates and communications via tools like Eloqua.
  • Supporting investor coverage and third-party marketing teams by sending materials and answering inquiries.
  • Maintaining investor contacts, meeting reports, and deal pipelines in CRM.
  • Preparing sales activity reports and presentations for management and client meetings.

As a backup for the Client Service team, you will:

  • Filter RFP sites to identify potential RFPs and analyze this data.
  • Support structuring responses to RFPs and due diligence meetings, contributing to high-quality content production.
  • Participate in client onboarding processes and monitor fund reporting delivery.
  • Assist in referencing strategies and funds on consultant databases.

Education / Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, finance, or economics.

Experience / Skills

  • At least one year in asset management or finance sectors.
  • Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience with SALESFORCE is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, and interest in AI tools.

  • Solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Creative thinking and ability to work independently in a small, high-visibility team.
  • Quick learner, curious, with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
