Project Manager

About the role

Join P&A International Consulting as a full-time Project Manager based in Bali. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex construction projects from start to finish. Utilising your exceptional project management skills, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans for renovation existing villa and new villa project, schedules and budgets to meet defined objectives
• Coordinating, supervising and managing all aspects of construction projects, including procurement of the labor, risk mitigation, quality assurance, check the quality and quantity of the materials and stakeholder engagement
• Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks to keep projects on track
• Reporting on project progress, performance and risks to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
• Interface with the project Architect

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Bachelor Degree / Architectural Degree
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and monitor and report on progress
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools such as AUTOCAD, SKETCH, EXCEL
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations and standards
