PT Match Makers Agency is assisting a specialty tea shop in Bali in recruiting a dedicated and service-oriented Shop Assistant / Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise customers on a wide selection of teas and teaware

- Conduct tea tastings and explain product characteristics clearly

- Process sales using the POS system and handle transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

- Manage inventory and assist in stock control

- Help customers with brewing techniques and product recommendations

Requirements:

- Fluent spoken English is required

- Proficiency in computer use, including Google and Microsoft services

- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

- Friendly, communicative, and responsible attitude
