Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales and product quality teams, providing expert support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with prospecting and pre-project visits, translating customer needs into solutions.
2. Product Analysis: Analyze customer specifications, propose reliable solutions, and contribute to creating product datasheets and catalogues, maintaining up-to-date product information.
3. Product Development: Collaborate with technical teams across France, Italy, and Germany to improve and develop the product range, influencing customer satisfaction and market success.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Build strong relationships within various departments, including Sales Development, Product Quality, and Supply Chain, to achieve team goals.

Candidate Profile:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. Experience with electromechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Application Engineer in a B2B environment.
3. Industry Knowledge: Railway industry experience is advantageous.
4. Personal Traits: Curious, autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent in both spoken and written French and English.
6. Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
