We are working with an international Mobile Phone Manufacturer in Paris to search for a VIP Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional support through both phone and email channels to VIP Customers. Engage with VIP customers to address their technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for electronic products, particularly smartphones.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques to deliver effective solutions.

Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to maintain a high standard of service and exceed client expectations.

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken French. Previous experience in technical customer service or support roles preferred.
