Open to contractual candidates: Yes, as an exception compared to civil servant applications. A contractual position can be recruited for service needs or due to the nature of the functions when no civil servant application has been successful. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum of six years.

Job description: Within the Town Hall of the 11th and 12th districts, you will be responsible for advising and assisting the District Mayor, the DGS, and services on all legal and litigation issues.
Context: The Town Hall covers a large territory with an area of km², serving nearly 120,000 residents with 160 agents across different sites.

You hold a Bac +3 in public law and/or the grade of territorial attaché, ideally with experience in a similar position within a local authority.
You possess solid legal knowledge, especially in public procurement law (contracts, agreements), litigation procedures, and local government functioning.
You have good writing and interpersonal skills, with analytical and synthesis abilities.
You are proficient with office tools and specialized applications.
Versatile, attentive, dynamic, and pedagogical, you demonstrate discretion and rigor in your duties.
