B2b Business Intelligence & Lead Management

PURPOSE: To analyze data and support lead management to enhance business opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Analyze and present data to identify business improvement opportunities.
  2. Select Premium & Business Club KPIs and monitor them consistently.
  3. Develop dashboards and create reports to support the sales team.
  4. Communicate insights effectively to the team.
  5. Manage acquisition and filtering requests through forms.
  6. Oversee lead management processes via website, events, LinkedIn, or other tools.
  7. Maintain Salesforce database.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to obtain, organize, analyze, and evaluate data.
  • Previous experience in Business Intelligence is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and BI software.
  • Good command of English.
