Description du poste

Our client was established in 1990 and are committed to providing HVACR professionals with the best tools possible, developed through constant communication and feedback from field technicians. This close collaboration ensures that every new product or feature directly addresses the daily challenges faced by technicians, bridging the gap between engineers and professionals in the field.

The HVAC Sales Manager in France will report to the Regional Sales Manager EMEA and requires strong French and English communication skills. This role involves achieving sales targets, market growth, and ensuring product standards through proactive planning, distributor visits, and training while traveling 60% to 80% of the time.

Location : North and West of France

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Proactively plan and take independent action to ensure all regions achieve sales quotas, targets, and market share growth.
  • Visit distributors and train counter salespeople.
  • Ensure SKU penetrations at all distributors by region are being achieved.
  • Propose actions to improve the effectiveness of sales processes to positively affect overall sales results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all products, marketing, and related displays meet quality and service standards.
  • Act as a corporate liaison, attend and participate in business / trade events and strategic sales meetings.
  • Respond to all inquiries and requests, answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
