We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Manager (m/f/d) to join DocuWare. In this position you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share in France.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with Regional Sales Directors.
  • You develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers.
  • You collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.
  • You monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
  • You develop and execute channel partner sales training programs.
  • You attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  • You work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure that channel partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • You are expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics.

What you need to succeed
  • You bring several years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry and a proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships.
  • You bring an ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • You have excellent time management skills and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • You have experience with sales training and enablement programs.
  • You have excellent French and English communication skills.
  • You bring brilliant judgement and decision-making skills.
  • You have a strong technical aptitude.
