This marks another milestone in our journey to becoming the go-to solution for modern roadside assistance across Europe—and beyond. We operate on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive industry—insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.

We are looking for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing the digital support process and intervening where necessary.

Requirements:

  • C1/C2 proficiency in French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus

Additional information:

  • Part-time role (30 hours per week)
  • Shift-based position requiring occasional night and weekend shifts
