Part-Time HR Business Partner (French Employment Law Expertise)
Location: Remote (Anywhere) with travel to Paris 2-3 times per month
Contract: 4-6 months (FTC or Daily Rate), Potential for Extension
Hours: 2-3 days per week

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise in French employment law to join an established energy company. This part-time role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere, with the requirement to travel to Paris 2-3 times per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR support across the business, covering approximately 100 employees.
  • Offering expert advice on French employment law, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Managing employee relations, performance management, and other core HR processes.
  • Working closely with leadership to support people strategies across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
  • In-depth knowledge of French employment law.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Sector background is flexible.
  • Initial duration of 4-6 months, with potential for extension (not guaranteed).
  • Open to candidates seeking either a fixed-term contract (FTC) or a daily rate arrangement.
