Description du poste

This position is within the Digital Power global Line of Business, which is part of the Energy Management business and Digital Energy division. Digital Power leads the digitalization and decarbonization of electrical distribution with offers in software, power & energy monitoring, power quality correction, protective relays, and distribution automation.

Based in one of the Digital Power hubs in France (Grenoble, Lattes, Paris) or India (Bangalore), reporting to the Digital Power VP Strategy & Marketing Chapter Leader, the Marketing Excellence leader will drive the transformation of Digital Power's marketing capabilities. This role involves orchestrating various workstreams (e.g., talent & skills, processes, tools & methodology) and acting as a coach and catalyst for change within the community.

What will you do?
  1. Orchestrating the overall marketing transformation program for the LoB
  • Design the program, including target blueprinting, defining transformation workstreams, setting up governance, and establishing milestones and KPIs.
  • Launch and monitor program execution, ensuring consistent implementation across the Line of Business, managing interdependencies and bottlenecks.
  • Establish frameworks to monitor and measure the impact of the transformation, including tangible results and intangible improvements.
  • Engage stakeholders continuously, including sponsors, workstream leaders, contributors, and champions.
  • Drive internal communication about the program.
  • Leading or contributing to the design & execution of transformation workstreams
    • Lead or co-lead workstreams with other functions, such as HR, training & development, and agile excellence, focusing on areas like role clarification, upskilling, process development, and evolving the operating model towards a customer-centric approach.
  • Acting as coach & agent of change for the marketing community
    • Facilitate sharing of best practices across the organization with marketing leaders and change champions.
    • Coach marketing leaders and owners on specific topics to ensure adoption of best practices and mindset transformation.
    • Support the building of a marketing community spirit aligned with the transformation and long-term vision.
    What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
    • Minimum 4-5 years in consulting, focusing on marketing transformation, OR 7-10 years in strategic marketing or product management in a technical environment.
    • Experience as a change agent or influencer, capable of driving change in complex, multicultural environments.
    • High autonomy in daily operations.
    • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
    • Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative, open-minded, active listener, and capable of working across diverse geographies and cultures.

    Regional and global travel up to approximately 20% may be required.
