Qualifications

• Starke ERP-Autorisierungs- und Sicherheitskenntnisse, insbesondere RBAC und SoD.

Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for an ERP Authorization Specialist to contribute to the overall shaping and delivery of our next-generation ERP authorization strategy—driving maximum convergence, standardization, and, when needed, local customization.

This role encompasses a comprehensive view of our current practices while fostering alignment toward our future target, remaining open to external best market practices. You will focus on defining and managing access control within our ERP ecosystem—ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant authorization models that balance security and user experience. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions

• You will define and implement authorization strategies & compliance, ensuring alignment with regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and internal security policies.
• You will design, maintain, and optimize role-based access controls (RBAC), user provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) to safeguard our ERP environment.
• You will act as a key liaison between business users, IT, and security teams to align authorization requirements with business processes, drive system enhancements, and manage access-related risks.
