Job Missions

Reporting directly to the Country Manager France, the Specialties Technical Sales Manager will promote and sell Adisseo Specialties products in France. In collaboration with the Country Manager and Category Managers, the STSM will propose tailored solutions, combining products and services, and demonstrating our values to key customers. The primary scope involves closing deals with feed and premix companies.

Responsibilities
  1. Master the Adisseo portfolio of products and services related to Specialties.
  2. Identify customer needs, potential, objectives, and problems to define and propose appropriate products and services.
  3. Prioritize Specialty product development in the assigned territory, segmented by customer and prospect.
  4. Understand the decision-making process within key accounts.
  5. Promote the nutritional features and benefits of products to decision-makers.
  6. Develop strong relationships with customers through visits, contacts, and events.
  7. Manage marketing activities for the Specialties products in cooperation with the Marketing department.
  8. Collaborate with Regional Category Managers on pricing, volumes, and forecasts.
  9. Analyze animal feed markets, growth prospects, opportunities, threats, and competition.
  10. Contribute to business development with Global Key Accounts following strategic priorities.
  11. Monitor local technical trials per Technical Advisers' instructions.
  12. Ensure successful product launches, planning actions and tactics accordingly.
  13. Maximize CRM system (ACE) usage for reporting visits, projects, and customer contacts.
Qualifications
  1. Sales-driven mindset.
  2. Ability to work autonomously while being a loyal team player.
  3. Excellent listening skills to identify customer needs and expectations.
  4. Strong background as an animal nutritionist, with expertise in monogastrics.
  5. Feed formulation experience is a plus.
  6. Communicative and persuasive abilities.
  7. Confidence in delivering technical presentations.
  8. Proficient IT skills.
  9. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  10. Able to spend 80% of time in the field.
Education
  1. Master’s degree in agriculture or nutrition, or equivalent through experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the animal feed industry.
