Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs in order to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will collaborate with our internal teams to achieve this.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance our services' value to ensure a lasting and optimized relationship.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource if needed.
  • Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  • Monitoring and overseeing client projects, to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  • Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying risks, detecting potential disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris

Contract: Permanent
