Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.

1. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
2. Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
3. Demonstrate excellent project management and execution skills.
4. Show strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Be comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization, from site teams to senior leadership.
7. Initial contract duration of 2 years, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.
