A leading company in risk and reputation management is seeking a Customer Success Manager Junior to enhance client relationships and provide tailored support. The role involves developing customized reports, managing client requests, and ensuring project expectations are met. Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support. You will rely on our internal teams' expertise to do so.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support to existing clients and enhance the value of our services, ensuring a lasting and optimized relationship.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients without this resource have access to it.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring they meet expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients with recent contact gaps, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailored to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements

  • At least a first significant experience in a similar role in service or tech sectors. Beyond experience, your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location : Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
