About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing international team. This role focuses on building genuine partnerships, identifying opportunities in complex environments, and helping organizations find value through people-centered solutions.

You will work remotely across the EU, developing new business relationships and nurturing existing ones. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic business development efforts are key. If you’re proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about growth, this role is ideal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records
  • Report on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English (C1), with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, with proven sales experience in financial services or related sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working independently and collaboratively
