Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle the day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying new leads for expansion and developing strategies to grow our business within the FX industry.
  2. Expanding our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintaining contact with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Building and managing your own client portfolio.
  5. Following up on queries and providing prompt feedback to clients.
  6. Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
  7. Participating in training and support sessions, which will be provided.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD sales or account management is required.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role.
