Context

Towards a step change in operations performance and transforming into a truly outstanding company, the Operations function is undergoing significant changes. Quality is a fundamental prerequisite for these changes.

Purpose of the Internship

We are seeking a Quality Engineer Apprentice to join the Quality and Compliance team for a one-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in quality management within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deploying new Quality IT tools across affiliates.
  • Supporting the Quality Manager in designing and implementing the quality culture plan.
  • Harmonizing quality control practices across the group.
  • Reviewing and updating quality documentation and reports.
  • Supporting the analysis of quality audit results using Power BI.
  • Analyzing complaints data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Quality and Compliance team to drive quality initiatives and projects.
Candidate Profile
