Job Description:

During your internship, you will report to the German legal department and the WW Compliance department, and will contribute to compliance of the Dassault Systèmes Group's policy on the protection of personal data with regard to particularly German issues.

You are a passionate lawyer with a real appetite for new technologies and data protection and dream of having an international experience? During your internship, you will report to the German legal department and the Group DPO based in France who already work in perfect collaboration. You will contribute to the compliance of Dassault Systèmes' policy on the protection of personal data with regard to European challenges including the German ones.

Your missions

Your main missions will be to contribute to:

• The definition, review and implementation of policies, recommendations and procedures to enable Dassault Systèmes to respect its compliance commitments;
• Risk assessment and monitoring, proposing appropriate measures;
• Internal communication on Data Protection matters;
• Carrying out various studies, research and drafting memos or other legal documents in response to operational requests.

Carrying out the mission requires numerous interactions both with cross-functional departments, as well as support function teams.

You are a recent Master in Laws (LLM) graduate or have initial experience in the field of compliance.

Rigorous and curious, you have the ability to understand technical subjects. You have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and an appetite for new technologies.

You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (most of the work being done in these two languages) and enjoy working in an international environment.

You have good interpersonal skills, a good sense of humor; you are voluntary and have good analytical skills.
