Job Description:

As a Supply-Chain Transformation Specialist, you'll play a role in a large-scale project aimed at improving the performance of Hermès Retail supply chain and Store Operations through the implementation of the Supply-Chain Core Model. You will be involved in the Logistics Core Model transformation in collaboration with Hermes Local Logistics teams and their Local Distribution Centers Third Party Logistics (3PL) partners.

You are committed to understanding the challenges of ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. You are enthusiastic about supporting the company's digital transformation efforts.

You are eager to capture the impacts of change on people, processes, tools, and the organization. You will propose methods to facilitate understanding and adoption of new vocabulary, processes, and tools, ensuring a smooth transformation.

Your expertise in developing and delivering transformation methodologies and instructional design will be crucial for successful adoption of new processes and systems at both central and local levels.

Prior experience in supply chain management is essential, including warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Experience with IT systems related to logistics, such as Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects, is highly beneficial.

This position may require international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management – Assessment and Support: Explain target processes, update impact assessments, document process challenges, support Business Experts, and assist in deployment.
  2. Change Management – Adoption & Training: Design change strategies, participate in training design, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions.
  3. Involvement in Testing Phases: Support User Acceptance Testing activities and provide feedback.
  4. Monitoring and Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement, identify areas for enhancement, and revise training materials.

Profile Requirements:

  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in international supply chain, IT implementation, or consulting.
  • Strong skills in knowledge transfer and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as ERP or WMS.
