An established industry player is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Paris. This role involves providing essential pre-sales and post-sales technical support, collaborating with sales teams, and delivering impactful CAD product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in civil engineering, particularly with CAD applications. You'll also take part in training distribution partners and contribute to product localization efforts. Responsibilities:1. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Technical Support Collaborate with sales teams in client engagements (both online and on-site visits to retail partners and enterprise accounts), delivering CAD product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries Manage post-purchase customer support operations, systematically resolving product-related issues through structured troubleshooting protocols 2. Channel Enablement & Product Feedback Management Conduct certification programs and competency training for distribution partners and end-users Establish feedback loops to capture product improvement insights from field technical challenges 3. Product Localization & Strategic Development Lead technical documentation adaptation and maintain centralized knowledge repositories during product localization phases Contribute to product roadmap development through market-driven feature analysis Provide technical advisory services for strategic accounts and M&A due diligence processes 4. Technical Marketing Support Provide on-site technical expertise at industry trade shows, product launch events, and marketing roadshows Develop and present technical content for customer workshops and solution seminars Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. 2. Over 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with expertise in at least one CAD application area such as urban planning, road and bridge design, or civil design. 3. Proficient in using mainstream CAD design software like AutoCAD / ZWCAD / BrisCAD, with a preference for candidates familiar with Civil 3D / Covadis or ArcGIS / Spatial Manager. 4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on being optimistic, resilient under pressure, and self-driven. 5. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication.
