Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with CRM solutions, especially Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in SQL and CRM system architecture.

We are expanding our Consulting Services team and are looking for Lead CE Consultants to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key responsibilities :

  1. Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  2. Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify improvement opportunities
  3. Gather and understand client functional requirements
  4. Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE functionality
  5. Configure the application to meet client needs using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
  6. Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without custom code development
  7. Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality and custom code
  8. Create technical specifications
  9. Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications, such as back-office/ERP systems
  10. Train client personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CRM usage and administration (functional and technical training)
  11. Develop high-level project work plans
  12. Provide technical support to existing CRM clients
  13. Lead technical discussions with clients
  14. Develop data conversion and testing strategies
  15. Responsible for staff development and coaching
  16. Execute responsibilities in accordance with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in CRM forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports development
  • Ability to architect/design CRM systems, customizations, portals, and reports
  • Knowledge of CRM development and integration best practices
  • Experience with data migration and integration using SQL Integration Services, Scribe, or Web Services
  • Proficiency in SQL Reporting Services
  • Experience with SharePoint Services
  • Minimum 3 years experience with any CRM solution
  • Training on Dynamics CRM will be part of onboarding
  • Working proficiency in English
