Our business operates on a B2B2C model, partnering with key players in the automotive sector—including insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can request roadside assistance and replacement solutions instantly and in real-time, transforming roadside help delivery.
We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve overseeing the digital support process and intervening where necessary to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate will have C1/C2 proficiency in French and good knowledge of English. Previous experience in operations and/or customer service is a plus.
