Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adjust plans in response to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience:
Graduate
7-10 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or program management.
Experience in an international company working with several entities is a plus.
Technical Skills
Business acumen : Ideally knowledge of procurement activities and insurance sector.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
French fluency is a plus.

At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action :
Group Procurement's mission is to increase group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end procurement cycle of external spend (excluding insurance procurement), while building a high-performance, sustainable, and risk-managed supplier base. With 350 professionals across 20 entities, procurement manages a complex ecosystem of vendors and significant spend (general expenses and IT procurement).
Group Procurement's role is to :
Manage the relationship with key vendors
Provide expertise through a center of excellence to drive performance & responsible procurement.
The Group Procurement Program Manager reports to the Group Procurement Strategy & M&A Manager, overseeing strategic programs and M&A activities (supporting AXA in acquisitions, divestitures, and internal transfers).
The primary mission is to lead strategic projects in collaboration with the Group CPO and her management team, defining initiatives to deliver. The role involves working closely with 12 main entities to align interests, promote scale, and drive collaborative initiatives and mindset.
Responsibilities include monitoring the procurement project portfolio, ensuring governance, and working with the Head of Procurement Performance and Group Category leaders.
