Job Description:

Position: CDI Global Business Performance Manager – Digital & Omnichannel

Role Overview: As part of the Global Digital & Omnichannel team and reporting to the Head of Business Performance & Digital Platform, you will oversee the performance of Dior's global e-Commerce operations across all zones. Your responsibilities include forecasting, monitoring, and analyzing sales performance across regions and categories, providing strategic insights, and recommending actions to optimize operations and enhance client experience. You will collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams, and manage a team of three professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Planning: Develop annual and monthly e-Commerce sales forecasts by zone, considering market trends, historical data, product launches, and marketing strategies. Consolidate revenue forecasts, set KPIs, contribute to budget and P&L planning, and develop seasonal sales objectives in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Business Monitoring: Lead weekly performance reviews, analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and suggest growth actions across the sales funnel.
  • Digital Platform & Omnichannel Performance: Establish KPIs and OKRs with the Senior Manager Digital Platform, set targets to maximize impact, and develop reporting tools and dashboards on POWER-BI for performance visibility.
  • Reporting & Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality reporting, and lead initiatives to monitor and report on client feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Performance, or Business Planning, preferably in luxury or fashion industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • High business acumen, customer focus, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead international teams.
  • Fluent in English.
