This site, located on the outskirts of Bremen, specializes in developing and manufacturing the upper stage of Ariane launchers. Its experts are responsible for the design, development, and final integration of the Ariane 6 upper stage, and are developing the Astris Kick Stage, powered by the future re-ignitable bi-propellant engine Berta. The Bremen site also produces metal tanks for orbital propulsion systems.
