Job Description:

Specialized in building engineering, we undertake design and construction missions for the renovation, rehabilitation, and restructuring of various buildings. Located in Montrouge, near Porte d’Orléans, our Parisian agency mainly works on projects involving redevelopment of shopping galleries, medium and large retail spaces, as well as tertiary projects in both city centers and suburban zones.

  • Assist the agency director and project teams (day-to-day management, secretarial tasks, commercial offers)
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of operations (drafting and distributing documents, managing consultations with companies, tracking project files)
  • Act as a liaison between clients, companies, project managers, and management

Minimum Bac +2 (administrative or management), with initial experience in a technical or building environment. Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint). Knowledge of public markets is a plus. The role offers versatility and a variety of projects.

Competitive salary package and benefits: CSE, comprehensive health and insurance coverage, meal vouchers, etc. The position is a 7-month fixed-term contract due to maternity leave (possibility of part-time). Start date: June 2025.
