HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

  • Bonus: 25 days holiday + public holidays

As a standalone HR Business Partner, reporting to a local director and supported by the international HR team, you will operate in a hands-on HR Generalist capacity, providing day-to-day frontline HR support to 40-50 employees.

  • Assist managers with recruitment, from onsite interviews to issuing contracts
  • Manage absences, monitor sickness, and conduct return-to-work interviews
  • Conduct investigations and disciplinary procedures alongside management
  • Handle employee management, including onboarding, leavers, salary, and ad-hoc changes using SAP and other systems
  • Prepare HR reports for senior leadership

This experience is ideally gained in a production, manufacturing, or similar business with blue-collar employees.
