Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Guest Relations Host/Hostess F/M/NB:

Guests Relations team members work in various indoor and outdoor locations. Responsibilities include enhancing guest experience by offering solutions, providing advice, booking restaurant tables, managing access and priority cards for disabled guests, and caring for lost children at the 'Baby Care Center'.

Reception Host/Hostess F/M/NB:

Reception team members work at various locations. Responsibilities include processing hotel check-ins and check-outs, creating personalized guest interactions, resolving unforeseen issues, and promoting additional sales.

Ticketing Host/Hostess F/M/NB:

Ticketing team members work in indoor and outdoor settings. Responsibilities include greeting and advising guests, recommending suitable tickets or services, managing guest flow before park opening and after closing, and improving the overall guest experience.

Our theme parks, hotels, and Disney Village operate 24/7, with working hours starting as early as 6 am and ending as late as 2 am.

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in French (B2), intermediate English (B2), and a third European language (B1+/B2)
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Stand for 2-3 hours at a time
  • Excellent hospitality skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
  • Handle and resolve visitor situations
  • Receptive to special requests
  • Enthusiastic about guest interaction and assistance
  • Ability to make independent decisions for guests
  • Self-directed and able to follow instructions
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Supportive team player
