As a Client Service & Sales Support, you will report to the Head of Client Services and be part of the AXA IM PRIME business unit.

AXA IM Prime is a Private Market Enabler and Hedge Funds platform offering diversified sources of private market returns across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. With €38 billion of alternative investments under management and a seasoned team of investment professionals committed to ESG and strict risk management, AXA IM Prime emphasizes transparency and reliability. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will collaborate with the Product & Sales team to improve and automate sales and client service processes.

Product focus includes: Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt, and Hedge Funds.

Our global presence includes offices in Paris, Germany, Japan, and Italy, serving clients such as sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurance companies, and family offices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the Salesforce tool and digital automation initiatives to optimize sales activities and reporting, including structuring the tool and collaborating with internal teams on automation and AI enhancements. Assisting sales in defining target investor lists using various databases.
  2. Overseeing AXA IM Prime’s automated marketing updates and communications via tools like Eloqua, maintaining distribution lists.
  3. Supporting sales in investor coverage, including communication with third-party marketing teams, managing investor contacts, meeting reports, and deal pipelines in CRM.
  4. Preparing sales activity reports and presentations for management and client meetings.

As a backup for the Client Service team:

  1. Automating filtering on RFP sites to identify potential RFPs and analyzing this data systematically.
  2. Supporting the structuring of responses to RFPs and due diligence meetings, contributing to high-quality content production.
  3. Participating in client onboarding, setting up clients in AXA IM systems, and monitoring fund reporting delivery.
  4. Assisting with referencing AXA IM Prime’s strategies and funds on consultant databases.

  • Master’s degree in marketing, finance, or economics.

Experience / Skills

  • At least one year of experience in asset management or finance.
  • Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, and interest in AI tools.
