Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and support, collaborating with internal teams.
• Implement actions to strengthen support and enhance service value for clients.
• Develop and monitor customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
• Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
• Monitor and oversee client projects to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Organize regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain relationships.
• Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
• Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks or disputes in advance.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector; an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
